    <title>BTS, day 1</title>

    <content type="html">Interesting day, to say the least....&lt;br /&gt;day starts off with the rink database calling in sick&lt;br /&gt;which throws things off at the rink.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I go up to the main store to cover lunches for&lt;br /&gt;the staff - which takes longer than anticipated -&lt;br /&gt;a combination of staff taking normal 1 hour lunches&lt;br /&gt;instead of shorter duration lunches and the delay&lt;br /&gt;of the last lunch.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I get back down to the rink just in time to see the last customers&lt;br /&gt;and do some adjustments for ipod purchases.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;caught the r7 out, and got off just in time to catch the 84 home.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;a little unwinding via Blogshares and there you have it!</content>

    <content type="html">I've officially become completely Blogshares obsessed...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've amassed a totally useless fortune [3Bil B$ and counting...]&lt;br /&gt;and have &lt;i&gt;completely&lt;/i&gt; forgot about the link&lt;br /&gt;building that I was trying to do with this....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oh well.... something to take my mind off the BTS madness....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;which gets me to thinking that maybe all the a-hats and d-bags&lt;br /&gt;I deal with on a regular basis aren't &lt;i&gt;old money&lt;/i&gt; wealthy,&lt;br /&gt;but 2nd gen &lt;i&gt;nouveau&lt;/i&gt; or wannabe nouveau...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I could, of course, be wrong.</content>

    <content type="html">luckily I was able to get to my CPanel &lt;br /&gt;and download full home directory and MySql backups,&lt;br /&gt;which I'm moving over to a more expensive (and hopefully more reliable) host&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.spry.com/hosting-affiliate/scripts/t.php?a_aid=405&amp;amp;a_bid=56"&gt;Spry&lt;/a&gt; hosting, to be precise.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;now I just wait for all the DNS servers to catch up to the new host....&lt;br /&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">it seems that my webhosting company has been taken over &lt;br /&gt;by another company, and in the resulting transition,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://jmcgready.com"&gt;jmcgready.com&lt;/a&gt; no longer resolves.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;it's probably a FUBARed custom name server or some such -&lt;br /&gt;but only jmcgready was effected, not &lt;a href="http://www.merebreath.com"&gt;mereBreath&lt;/a&gt; .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;that's what you get for $5/month webhosting....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oh, well.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;time to sleep....&lt;br /&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">Mom was sick today, she couldn't sleep, which is a real downer, &lt;br /&gt;as Monday is the only day of the week not claimed by either&lt;br /&gt;work or &lt;a href="http://www.merebreath.com"&gt;mereBreath&lt;/a&gt; as of late....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I went to get my Transpass and various other mall stuff&lt;br /&gt;and I felt bad because I didn't get her anything.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;right now I'm feeling that I'm doing a lot of good things&lt;br /&gt;but failing at the most important things.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;that's why I despise the shows of feigned helpless,&lt;br /&gt;which only disguise the twin specters of willful ignorance and entitlementI&lt;br /&gt;amongst the perfectly capable.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;that last sentiment is, of course, indicative of my day job, not the ministry...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm done venting now...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</content>
